1. Agreement

By using merahrms.com (the "Website"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. The Website is run by MeraHRMS ("MeraHRMS", "we", "us"), a business based in India.

2. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our servers or other people's data;
• send spam or automated bulk requests through the enquiry form or any other part of the Website;
• interfere with or overload the Website, or copy it by automated means; or
• use the Website to break any law or the rights of others.

3. The free tools and calculators

The gratuity, HRA, salary hike and other calculators are provided free, for general information. They give estimates, and they are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Tax and labour rules change and depend on your facts, so the result may differ from what your employer pays or what the tax authorities accept. Check the current rules or ask a qualified professional before you rely on a result. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the tools.

4. Enquiries and demos

Sending the enquiry form or asking for a demo does not create a contract between you and us, and we are not obliged to respond to every request. We use the details you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. The MeraHRMS service

These terms cover the Website only. If your business subscribes to the MeraHRMS software, the order form or agreement you sign for that service sets the terms for it. If the two ever conflict about the software, that agreement applies.

6. Intellectual property

The Website, its text, design, logo, calculators and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Website and use the free tools for your own use. You may not copy, republish, sell or build on our content without our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

The Website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. No warranty

The Website and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep information accurate and the Website running, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or always up to date.
